City of Potterville - 2017 Sunset Drive Extension

The City of Potterville is soliciting sealed proposals for the extension of Sunset Drive from its current eastern end point to M-100, a distance of approximately 3,400 feet along the proposed centerline. Items of work include; clearing, grading, earthwork, embankment fill, subbase, aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, drainage improvements, HMA road surfacing, HMA shared use path construction, landscaping, and all related work.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Potterville at the City Hall; located at 319 N. Nelson Street, Potterville, Michigan 48876 until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by a recognized surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of the bid price.

After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days.

The City of Potterville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Potterville.
